Avesalσs FC's Apostolis Douzas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takis Vasilopoulos in the 6th minute of play. Konstantinos Kavaliaratos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Apostolis Douzas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Avesalσs FC's Kleon Ntountas got a free kick in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dimitris Kalivrousis to make the kick off. Dimitris Kalivrousis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. In the 73rd match minute, mazio fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tilemachos Papageorgakis to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Thanasis Psichogiopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marios Ntougeroglou was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.
