Ntinos Papasotiriou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giorgos Tatoulis in the 14th minute of play. The Dhimσkori fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Dhimσkori's Marinos Rokkas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 20th minute, Dhimσkori's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Giannis Kostarakis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanos Paouris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Bekos in the 22nd minute of play. The nice shot from Giannis Kostarakis in the 23rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Thanos Paouris had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Marinos Rokkas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ntinos Papasotiriou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giorgos Tatoulis struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Ntinos Papasotiriou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dhimσkori. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Marinos Rokkas sped through Voulcanos Lampenis F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ntinos Papasotiriou. Fanis Giannopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ntinos Papasotiriou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fanis Giannopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. 45 minutes into the game, Marinos Rokkas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ntinos Papasotiriou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giorgos Tatoulis to strike the kick off in the second half. Dhimσkori's Marinos Rokkas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 51st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Fanis Giannopoulos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ntinos Papasotiriou, 0-5. In the 63rd minute, Nikiforos Kalogerakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pipis Karagoutis kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Voulcanos Lampenis F.C.'s Fragiskos Karameris couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 67th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dhimσkori. Ntinos Papasotiriou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giorgos Tatoulis in the 69th minute of the match. Ntinos Papasotiriou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giorgos Tatoulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nikiforos Ikonomou kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Dhimσkori played a much better game than Voulcanos Lampenis F.C. and deserved their victory. The Voulcanos Lampenis F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
