Jhonatan Roldán struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Takis Kakoulakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vitoϊma. Fondas Dousis, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Vitoϊma's Dimitris Kalikis got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute Fokas Dimopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theofilos Piomenos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Vitoϊma booed when Rantátika FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fokas Dimopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Rantátika FC's Diogenis Kavalekas got a free kick in the 37th minute. Theofilos Piomenos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Telis Kamaras in the 41st minute of the match. Menios Chrysafis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theofilos Piomenos having to interfere. In the 45th minute Telis Kamaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theofilos Piomenos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitoϊma's Theofilos Piomenos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fokas Dimopoulos in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Fokas Dimopoulos made the kick off in the second half. Vitoϊma's Theofilos Piomenos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Vitoϊma from getting a goal against them. Theofilos Piomenos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fokas Dimopoulos in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Menios Chrysafis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dimitris Kalikis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Takis Kakoulakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Vitoϊma defense, Telis Kamaras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Theofilos Piomenos. The Vitoϊma fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Theofilos Piomenos should have stopped the shot. Fokas Dimopoulos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Theofilos Piomenos came out and tried to block the shot, but Fokas Dimopoulos slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Fokas Dimopoulos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Theofilos Piomenos. The goal made the score 0-3. The supporters of Rantátika FC booed when Vitoϊma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tasos Nosis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Theofilos Piomenos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fokas Dimopoulos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 75 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Telis Kamaras got free with Theofilos Piomenos in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 90 played minutes Rantátika FC got a freekick which was hit by Menios Chrysafis. In the 92nd minute of the match Fondas Dousis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Takis Kakoulakis skillfully saved the ball. Telis Kamaras's late challenge caught a Vitoϊma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Telis Kamaras helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th match minute, Rantátika FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telis Kamaras to maneuver through the defense.
