Eláti's Nontas Kimisis got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thodoris Keskeridis's late challenge caught a Boϊmbouka FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thodoris Keskeridis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Thodoris Keskeridis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Theofanis Dedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiros Charidis in the 12th minute of play. Filippos Skartados's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Loukas Sikas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Filippos Skartados ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Loukas Sikas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 30th minute Vladimiros Charidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theofanis Dedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute Alexandros Giannakopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theofanis Dedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thodoris Keskeridis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Loukas Sikas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Eláti's Nontas Kimisis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Loukas Sikas. Loukas Sikas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. With a little luck, Boϊmbouka FC's Loukas Sikas got control of the ball when Thodoris Keskeridis tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Miltiadis Tsitsanis made the kick off in the second half. Nontas Kimisis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Loukas Sikas having to make a save. Nontas Kimisis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Eláti's Manos Katopodis got a free kick in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charis Tsigos in the 74th minute of play forced Eláti's goalkeeper Theofanis Dedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 75 played minutes Boϊmbouka FC got a freekick which was hit by Efthimis Tsaganos. Loukas Sikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nontas Kimisis in the 81st minute of play. Theofanis Dedes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexandros Giannakopoulos in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute Vladimiros Charidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theofanis Dedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Eláti fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Boϊmbouka FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
