Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexis Kontogiannidis in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kosmas Lioutas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Vrahateika FC's Alexis Kontogiannidis in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vovousa's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Vrahateika FC booed when Vovousa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kleanthis Zarzopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute of the match Zinon Pavloulis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kosmas Lioutas skillfully saved the ball. In the 25th minute, Babbis Polymeris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute of the match Kleanthis Aggelidis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Maggi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dimitris Kapsokefalos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Maggi having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Vovousa's Dimitris Kapsokefalos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Alex Maggi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Kapsokefalos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Theodosis Papastathopoulos hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Dimitris Kapsokefalos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Maggi having to interfere. If Alkinoos Papafotis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes Vovousa got a freekick which was hit by Alkinoos Papafotis. In the 48th minute, Babbis Polymeris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Vovousa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vrahateika FC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexis Kontogiannidis to make the kick off. Vovousa's Kosmas Lioutas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Vovousa from getting a goal against them. Alexis Kontogiannidis in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kosmas Lioutas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alketas Bogris helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes Vovousa got a freekick which was hit by Alketas Bogris. In the 89thth minute of the game Alkinoos Papafotis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vrahateika FC's Alex Maggi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Dimitris Kapsokefalos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
