Vladimiros Saveris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandros Parlapidis kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After 11 minutes, Vladimiros Saveris made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bαpes BC's Theocharis Krigos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Marinos Apostolakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simos Anagnostou during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Alexander the Great's Simos Anagnostou got a free kick in the 18th minute. Alexandros Parlapidis, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Marinos Apostolakos put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Valentinos Konstantinou. Nektarios Kalantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theocharis Krigos having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Bαpes BC got a freekick which was hit by Isidoros Tsiantakis. 36 minutes into the match, Bαpes BC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiros Saveris came free, but Theocharis Krigos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Vladimiros Saveris managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alexander the Great's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiros Saveris was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theocharis Krigos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexander the Great's Nektarios Kalantas got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vladimiros Saveris might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Theocharis Krigos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vladimiros Saveris ran back to his position shaking his head.

The wind increased when Vladimiros Saveris made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Alexander the Great's Nektarios Kalantas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Theocharis Krigos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 62 minutes into the game, Anthimos Papadatos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bαpes BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alexander the Great the free kick. The supporters of Alexander the Great booed when Bαpes BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthimos Papadatos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Nektarios Kalantas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alexander the Great's supporters rose to their feet, but Nektarios Kalantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 63rd match minute, Alexander the Great was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nektarios Kalantas to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Bαpes BC booed when Alexander the Great was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christos Tziolis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute, Marinos Apostolakos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marinos Apostolakos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Valentinos Konstantinou when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nektarios Kalantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Theocharis Krigos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander the Great's Vladimiros Saveris got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Bαpes BC's Vaios Karagiannidis in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alexander the Great's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Alexander the Great getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Panagiotis Kourkouvelas hit a great ball. Vaios Karagiannidis struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Valentinos Konstantinou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bαpes BC. Alexander the Great were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bαpes BC for a fine match.
