Spectators: 6100 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fanis Giotas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lefteris Mitrou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aggelos Thomaidis having to interfere. In the 4th minute, Renos Varakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aggelos Thomaidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renos Varakis in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aggelos Thomaidis saved Shamrockers FC from getting behind. Fanis Giotas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Shamrockers FC's Dimitris Spiliopoulos got a free kick in the 24th minute. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Lefteris Mitrou sped through Shamrockers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aggelos Thomaidis. In the 29th match minute, PAOK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sotiris Menegakis to maneuver through the defense. When Lefteris Mitrou came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the PAOK FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lefteris Mitrou couldn't finish the play. 34 minutes into the match, Shamrockers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lefteris Mitrou came free, but Aggelos Thomaidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lefteris Mitrou in the 36th minute of play forced Shamrockers FC's goalkeeper Aggelos Thomaidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aggelos Thomaidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renos Varakis in the 38th minute of the match. Takis Fyssas kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Kyriakos Kourelis kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When Vassilis Diamantopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shamrockers FC's protests and gave Vassilis Diamantopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. Vassilis Diamantopoulos hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half PAOK FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Renos Varakis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aggelos Thomaidis came out and tried to block the shot, but Renos Varakis slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 54th minute. Renos Varakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Aggelos Thomaidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Lefteris Mitrou sped through Shamrockers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aggelos Thomaidis. The crowd rose to their feet as Lefteris Mitrou kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aggelos Thomaidis. That made the score 0-5 in the 65 minute of play. In the 70thth minute of the game Renos Varakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shamrockers FC's Aggelos Thomaidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefanos Zaloumis during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Stefanos Zaloumis kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Dimitris Spiliopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Lefteris Mitrou reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aggelos Thomaidis. The goal made the score 0-6. If Fanis Giotas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lefteris Mitrou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Aggelos Thomaidis made a huge save. Aggelos Thomaidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renos Varakis in the 90th minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, PAOK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renos Varakis to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Shamrockers FC booed when PAOK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renos Varakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded PAOK FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Shamrockers FC.
