Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miltos Iordanopoulos got the match started through his kick off. If Minas Stamatopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iraklis Andriolas charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iraklis Andriolas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Iraklis Andriolas hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After 9 played minutes Metamσrfosi got a freekick which was hit by Ilias Petkaris. Iordanis Poniridis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Xanthidis went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Loukas Tripitsidis came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Metamσrfosi's Iraklis Andriolas. But to his dismay, Iraklis Andriolas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petros Likourinos during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Metamσrfosi's Petros Likourinos got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 23rd match minute, Metamσrfosi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pantelis Tsagris to maneuver through the defense. Thomas Xanthidis's late challenge caught a Metamσrfosi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thomas Xanthidis helped the player get up and apologised. After 26 played minutes Oropus got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Xanthidis. Metamσrfosi were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Oropus's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manolis Romanopoulos took the corner. The corner led Metamσrfosi's Manolis Romanopoulos to fire away a dangerous shot which Loukas Tripitsidis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Oropus's goalkeeper Loukas Tripitsidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Minas Stamatopoulos. Iraklis Andriolas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 32nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 36 minutes into the game, Pantelis Tsagris was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Metamσrfosi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oropus the free kick. Pantelis Tsagris kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Iraklis Andriolas scored 2-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loukas Tripitsidis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Minas Stamatopoulos got free with Loukas Tripitsidis in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iraklis Andriolas to make the kick off. Loukas Tripitsidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iraklis Andriolas's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. If Thomas Xanthidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Oropus's zone, Minas Stamatopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Loukas Tripitsidis came out of the goal and Minas Stamatopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Iraklis Andriolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Minas Stamatopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loukas Tripitsidis having to interfere. When Metamσrfosi's Pantelis Tsagris in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oropus's goalie prevented a goal. Minas Stamatopoulos scored 4-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loukas Tripitsidis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iraklis Andriolas scored 5-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loukas Tripitsidis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Metamσrfosi's Zisis Kalenteridis got a free kick in the 80th minute. Thomas Xanthidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iraklis Andriolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Miltos Iordanopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oropus's supporters rose to their feet, but Miltos Iordanopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iordanis Poniridis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miltos Iordanopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordanis Poniridis having to interfere. Metamσrfosi's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
