Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ypsos's Gerasimos Tsilikos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Kelanνtis BC's Nikitas Tomaras got control of the ball when Gerasimos Tsilikos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nikitas Tomaras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aimilios Pantazis in the 4th minute. Lefteris Tikellis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stratos Labaras having to interfere. Stratos Labaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lefteris Tikellis in the 8th minute of play. Dionysis Papachantzoulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stratos Labaras having to interfere. Dionysis Papachantzoulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Stratos Labaras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Ypsos's goal looked a bit too open when Dionysis Papachantzoulis came free, but Stratos Labaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aimilios Pantazis got free with Nikitas Tomaras in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kelanνtis BC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Gerasimos Tsilikos scored to the left of an out of position Nikitas Tomaras, making the score, 1-0. In the 33rd minute, Ypsos's Gerasimos Tsilikos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nikitas Tomaras. Nikitas Tomaras yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 41 minutes into the match, Kelanνtis BC's goal looked a bit too open when Aimilios Pantazis came free, but Nikitas Tomaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes Ypsos got a freekick which was hit by Vlassis Karagiannis. If Dionysis Papachantzoulis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lefteris Tikellis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dionysis Papachantzoulis made a kick off. After some careless play in the Ypsos defense, Lefteris Tikellis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stratos Labaras. The Ypsos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stratos Labaras should have stopped the shot. Dionysis Papachantzoulis kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Nikitas Tomaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerasimos Tsilikos in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Aimilios Pantazis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Aimilios Pantazis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ypsos fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Ypsos's Gerasimos Tsilikos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Ypsos's Stratos Labaras got control of the ball when Lefteris Tikellis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nikitas Tomaras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerasimos Tsilikos, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Kelanνtis BC's Nikitas Tomaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vlassis Karagiannis in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlassis Karagiannis in the 74th minute of play forced Kelanνtis BC's goalkeeper Nikitas Tomaras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Dionysis Papachantzoulis fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kelanνtis BC's protests and gave Dionysis Papachantzoulis a yellow card for diving instead. Dionysis Papachantzoulis kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Ypsos's goal looked a bit too open when Dionysis Papachantzoulis came free, but Stratos Labaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Dionysis Papachantzoulis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stratos Labaras. The goal made the score 3-2. If Lefteris Tikellis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stratos Labaras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lefteris Tikellis in the 88th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lefteris Tikellis got free with Stratos Labaras in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pavlos Kyssas hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Vaggelis Antoniadis, 94 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Gerasimos Tsilikos came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Ypsos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerasimos Tsilikos couldn't finish the play. Ypsos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
