Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alkis Kastanopoulos took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alkis Kastanopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikitas Tomaras having to interfere. In the 8th minute Dionysis Papachantzoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaggelos Routsis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dionysis Papachantzoulis scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaggelos Routsis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th match minute, Pyrgi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prodromos Kopsalakis to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Pyrgi's zone, Lefteris Tikellis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaggelos Routsis came out of the goal and Lefteris Tikellis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Kelanνtis BC's Thodoris Karvounis got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Pyrgi's Alkis Kastanopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nikitas Tomaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkis Kastanopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute of the match Pavlos Kyssas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evaggelos Routsis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Lefteris Tikellis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pyrgi's Evaggelos Routsis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lefteris Tikellis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaggelos Routsis having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Kelanνtis BC got a freekick which was hit by Fivos Tsiartas. In the 46th minute of the match Prodromos Kopsalakis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nikitas Tomaras showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 47th minute, Petros Georgakopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dionysis Papachantzoulis made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Alkis Kastanopoulos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Kelanνtis BC's Nikitas Tomaras. Nikitas Tomaras was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Kelanνtis BC's zone, Alkis Kastanopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikitas Tomaras came out of the goal and Alkis Kastanopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kelanνtis BC's Nikitas Tomaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apostolos Saroglou in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Pyrgi booed when Kelanνtis BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thodoris Karvounis didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Apostolos Saroglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Apostolos Saroglou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kleanthis Stavrelis hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Petros Georgakopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dionysis Papachantzoulis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dionysis Papachantzoulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, Pyrgi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alketas Chiotis to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Kelanνtis BC's Dionysis Papachantzoulis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evaggelos Routsis. That made the score 1-2 after 81 minutes of play. Nikitas Tomaras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alkis Kastanopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Pyrgi's Apostolos Saroglou got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 89 minutes, Alkis Kastanopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pyrgi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alkis Kastanopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lefteris Tikellis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Evaggelos Routsis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Pyrgi's Odysseas Thanoulis got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Evaggelos Routsis acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pavlos Kokkinopoulos. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kelanνtis BC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
