Ermis Maloumidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nikiforos Anthimidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermis Maloumidis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. 蔡霖志 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Nikos Ivanidis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. OLYMPIAKOS F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
