Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pipis Pasamichalis started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute Kyriakos Katsakos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christos Stefanidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Koróni booed when Tsouklιra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaggelis Mousikos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute of the match Thanos Makris shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christos Stefanidis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Theofilos Pountidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyriakos Katsakos in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christos Stefanidis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christos Stefanidis came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Koróni's Kleon Kanakis. But to his dismay, Kleon Kanakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 24 minutes into the game, Pipis Pasamichalis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tasos Katsafanas. Pipis Pasamichalis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Kyriakos Katsakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christos Stefanidis having to interfere. When Kyriakos Katsakos came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Koróni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyriakos Katsakos couldn't finish the play. Kyriakos Katsakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Theofilos Pountidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute Kleon Kanakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christos Stefanidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 48 played minutes Koróni got a freekick which was hit by Kleon Kanakis. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kyriakos Katsakos to make the kick off. After 57 played minutes Tsouklιra got a freekick which was hit by Sakis Papachantzis. 60 minutes into the match, Tsouklιra's goal looked a bit too open when Kyriakos Katsakos came free, but Christos Stefanidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Koróni's Kyriakos Katsakos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Christos Stefanidis. Christos Stefanidis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. In the 70th minute, Kleon Kanakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Koróni's Kyriakos Katsakos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christos Stefanidis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kyriakos Katsakos in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christos Stefanidis saved Tsouklιra from getting behind. A collision led to Koróni getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Minas Karaiskos hit a great ball. Christos Stefanidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyriakos Katsakos in the 89th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Kleon Kanakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Koróni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Koróni had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
