Themistoklis Bougas started the match with the kick off. In the 3rdth minute of the game Dimitris Labetis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aris FC's Christos Magoulas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ntinos Koutsoulis took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christos Magoulas. Christos Magoulas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Christos Magoulas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dimitris Labetis's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Christos Magoulas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ntinos Koutsoulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Aris FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Iraklis Bozidis hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Aris FC's Ilias Siopis got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 16 minutes of play, HANNIBAL's Dimitris Labetis made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christos Magoulas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christos Magoulas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Labetis, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Themistoklis Giannikakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HANNIBAL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Loukianos Kouloucheris took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christos Magoulas. Aris FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 27th minute Iakovos Nifitsas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakis Tavlaridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, HANNIBAL's goal looked a bit too open when Themistoklis Bougas came free, but Sakis Tavlaridis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ntinos Koutsoulis might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christos Magoulas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ntinos Koutsoulis ran back to his position shaking his head. Dimitris Labetis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iraklis Bozidis hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute Ntinos Koutsoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christos Magoulas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Iraklis Bozidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ntinos Koutsoulis in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christos Magoulas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the game, HANNIBAL's Themistoklis Giannikakis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christos Magoulas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The audience was convinced that Dimitris Labetis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christos Magoulas was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dimitris Labetis to make the kick off. In the 62nd play minute Ntinos Koutsoulis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Christos Magoulas. 0-6. The long shot by Loukianos Kouloucheris in the 66th minute really tested Christos Magoulas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match, Aris FC's goalkeeper Christos Magoulas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Themistoklis Giannikakis. Christos Magoulas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themistoklis Giannikakis in the 96th minute of play. When the match was over HANNIBAL could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Aris FC throughout the match.
