Koulis Karapialis hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Dorotheos Vourousakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Notis Lazarou in the 5th minute of the match. Notis Lazarou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Dorotheos Vourousakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorotheos Vourousakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyriakos Michelakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorotheos Vourousakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyriakos Michelakis in the 21st minute of play. Dorotheos Vourousakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyriakos Michelakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Notis Lazarou took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorotheos Vourousakis. Dorotheos Vourousakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute, Spyros Pandrakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Notis Lazarou in the 36th minute of play forced Nathan-gr FC's goalkeeper Dorotheos Vourousakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Koulis Karapialis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Tasos Barberis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonidas Kanellakis's late challenge caught a Nathan-gr FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonidas Kanellakis helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, OLYMPIAKOS AEGINA FCC's Leonidas Kanellakis got a free kick in the 39th minute. Tasos Barberis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koulis Karapialis in the 41st minute of the match. 0-2 became the score in the 43rd minute when Notis Lazarou elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 48th minute, Kyriakos Michelakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half OLYMPIAKOS AEGINA FCC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Koulis Karapialis made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Nathan-gr FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paris Thanopoulos came free, but Dorotheos Vourousakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorotheos Vourousakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Notis Lazarou in the 57th minute of play. Notis Lazarou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kyriakos Michelakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Dorotheos Vourousakis made a huge save. Notis Lazarou might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dorotheos Vourousakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Notis Lazarou ran back to his position shaking his head. Dorotheos Vourousakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Notis Lazarou in the 72nd minute of the match. Dorotheos Vourousakis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Notis Lazarou showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 75 minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Nathan-gr FC's goal looked a bit too open when Notis Lazarou came free, but Dorotheos Vourousakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Nathan-gr FC's Dorotheos Vourousakis got control of the ball when Kyriakos Michelakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renos Kakaris in the 89th minute of play forced Nathan-gr FC's goalkeeper Dorotheos Vourousakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The OLYMPIAKOS AEGINA FCC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing OLYMPIAKOS AEGINA FCC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
