Spectators: 6758 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pipis Fakkas got the match started through his kick off. Gournai FC's Diogenis Kalinichtas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petros Vertsos in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Zacharias Tsalikis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Gournai FC's zone, Petros Vertsos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diogenis Kalinichtas came out of the goal and Petros Vertsos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Gournai FC's goalkeeper Diogenis Kalinichtas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giannis Rodis. Pipis Fakkas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Apostolos Kreziadis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apostolos Kreziadis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tilemachos Katsikas in the 22nd minute of play. Gournai FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Petros Vertsos 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After having played for 33 minutes, Pipis Fakkas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gournai FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pipis Fakkas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Frαgko booed when Gournai FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacharias Tsalikis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Gournai FC's Pipis Fakkas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Apostolos Kreziadis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chatziioannou Baroutis kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Apostolos Kreziadis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pipis Fakkas in the 46th minute of play.

Giannis Rodis took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diogenis Kalinichtas. Diogenis Kalinichtas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When Tilemachos Katsikas came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Gournai FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tilemachos Katsikas couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 58th minute by Tilemachos Katsikas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Pipis Fakkas sped through Frαgko's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Apostolos Kreziadis. Giannis Rodis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogenis Kalinichtas having to interfere. Petros Vertsos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diogenis Kalinichtas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Pipis Fakkas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gournai FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pipis Fakkas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apostolos Kreziadis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giannis Rodis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogenis Kalinichtas having to interfere. In the 78th play minute Tilemachos Katsikas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Apostolos Kreziadis. 2-2. Diogenis Kalinichtas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Rodis in the 83rd minute of the match. Apostolos Kreziadis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pipis Fakkas, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Tilemachos Katsikas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Konstantinos Mourouzis fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gournai FC's protests and gave Konstantinos Mourouzis a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gournai FC's Konstantinos Mourouzis got a free kick in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Frαgko's zone, Tilemachos Katsikas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apostolos Kreziadis came out of the goal and Tilemachos Katsikas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pipis Fakkas struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Apostolos Kreziadis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gournai FC. Gournai FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
