Babbis Vovos struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Iosif Ntouvaridis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agios Akakios. 16 minutes into the match, Agios Akakios's Babbis Vovos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iosif Ntouvaridis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The nice shot from Tasos Saltamaras in the 33rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Chatziantoniou Kakarnakis had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After 34 played minutes Agios Akakios got a freekick which was hit by Apostolikas Skaltsas. Iosif Ntouvaridis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fanis Persidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Fanis Persidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iosif Ntouvaridis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fanis Persidis in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Iosif Ntouvaridis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Apostolikas Skaltsas in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute of the match Basislν FC got a corner. Agios Akakios's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Errikos Vlassiadis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Babbis Vovoss short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Iosif Ntouvaridis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Agios Akakios's Fanis Persidis in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Basislν FC's Iosif Ntouvaridis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Basislν FC from getting a goal against them. Vaggelis Lianos kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. A hard shot 97 in the game by Babbis Vovos from a close distance when the talented Iosif Ntouvaridis managed to make a qualified save. Basislν FC's players were relieved.
