If Renos Savvakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konstantinos Vakoufaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Errikos Koutris having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Errikos Koutris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Errikos Koutris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renos Savvakos in the 42nd minute of play. When Paschalis Ntaliardos fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dhamasoϊlion's protests and gave Paschalis Ntaliardos a yellow card for diving instead. Paschalis Ntaliardos kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Ntinos Stavroulakis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 45th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 46th minute, Paschalis Ntaliardos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Thomas Matsaggos could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Stratos Stamatakos however easily saved by the left post. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fotis Manousopoulos to make the kick off. Thomas Matsaggos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Anonymous F.C.'s goalkeeper Errikos Koutris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Anonymous F.C. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Demis Theofilou hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the game, Fotis Manousopoulos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anonymous F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dhamasoϊlion the free kick. Fotis Manousopoulos hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Anonymous F.C.'s zone, Renos Savvakos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Errikos Koutris came out of the goal and Renos Savvakos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Konstantinos Vakoufaris might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Errikos Koutris. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Konstantinos Vakoufaris ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Dhamasoϊlion getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Anthimos Pantelas hit a great ball. 1-3 became the score in the 89th minute when Thomas Matsaggos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renos Savvakos got free with Errikos Koutris in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Errikos Koutris managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Dhamasoϊlion's Renos Savvakos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dhamasoϊlion's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
