Zygogiannaiika FC's Giannis Ksiromeritis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Zygogiannaiika FC from getting a goal against them. The Suyujϊk fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Suyujϊk's Ilias Kalianiotis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 14th minute Nektarios Prigas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Ksiromeritis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Zygogiannaiika FC's Giannis Ksiromeritis got control of the ball when Ilias Kalianiotis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ilias Kalianiotis in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Giannis Ksiromeritis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ilias Kalianiotis made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 31stth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Giannis Ksiromeritis would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When Suyujϊk's Nektarios Prigas in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iraklis Mavrou to make the kick off. Suyujϊk's Panagiotis Roditis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aggelos Bakosis, made in the 51st minute of the game. 54 minutes into the match, Zygogiannaiika FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ilias Kalianiotis came free, but Giannis Ksiromeritis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Zygogiannaiika FC's Michalis Samiamidis got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Ilias Kalianiotis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giannis Ksiromeritis having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Suyujϊk's Ilias Kalianiotis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zygogiannaiika FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nektarios Prigas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The Suyujϊk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. In the 97th minute, Ilias Kalianiotis made a precise shot to the right of Giannis Ksiromeritis. Zygogiannaiika FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Suyujϊk walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
