In the 35thth minute of the game Vlassis Ifantis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Thriamvos Athinon's Aggelos Perperidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 37th play minutes Vlassis Ifantis shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Aggelos Perperidis and just under the crossbar into goal. Aggelos Perperidis came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by DODONI EAGLES's Eutichios Triantafyllou. But to his dismay, Eutichios Triantafyllou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christos Karalexopoulos made a kick off. Aggelos Perperidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vlassis Ifantis, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Markos Fotakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vlassis Ifantis had several of the Thriamvos Athinon's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 62 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Aggelos Perperidis as he didn't even see the shot coming. Thriamvos Athinon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eutichios Triantafyllou was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Anastasios Panteliadis's late challenge caught a DODONI EAGLES's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anastasios Panteliadis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th match minute, DODONI EAGLES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paschalis Kounenakis to maneuver through the defense. Christos Karalexopoulos struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Lakis Pantelis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thriamvos Athinon. 92 minutes into the match, Thriamvos Athinon's goal looked a bit too open when Vlassis Ifantis came free, but Aggelos Perperidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Thriamvos Athinon's zone, Vlassis Ifantis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aggelos Perperidis came out of the goal and Vlassis Ifantis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 99th minute, DODONI EAGLES's Vlassis Ifantis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. The DODONI EAGLES players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
