With a couple of smart ball manuevers Themis Bougiouklis in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kostas Stefanou saved Vatatádes FC from getting behind. Themis Bougiouklis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Kostas Stefanou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Panos Kantaifas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. Kostas Sapounas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasios Providas in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Themis Bougiouklis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kostas Stefanou came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Rosνlovon's Panos Kantaifas. But to his dismay, Panos Kantaifas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Panos Kantaifas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kostas Stefanou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Kostas Kanelakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kostas Sapounas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Themis Bougiouklis took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kostas Stefanou. Kostas Stefanou dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Themis Bougiouklis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
