Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Themistoklis Eleftherakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alekos Metzelopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kavaloúri's Pantelis Tatsos got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Pavlos Maltezos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Giorgos Stergiotis. The goal made the score 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Giorgos Xenos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kavaloúri's supporters rose to their feet, but Giorgos Xenos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giorgos Stergiotis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alekos Metzelopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panos Kostakis in the 13th minute of play. Filippos Alexopoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filippos Alexopoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Kavaloúri's Filippos Alexopoulos got a free kick in the 15th minute. Pavlos Maltezos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Giorgos Stergiotis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Kavaloúri's Eugenios Diamantopoulos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giorgos Stergiotis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Pantelis Tatsos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Kavaloúri defense, Eutichios Panteliadis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alekos Metzelopoulos. The Kavaloúri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alekos Metzelopoulos should have stopped the shot. Krνkellon BC's Giorgos Stergiotis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavlos Maltezos in the 27th minute of play. Alekos Metzelopoulos came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Krνkellon BC's Eutichios Panteliadis. But to his dismay, Eutichios Panteliadis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Giorgos Stergiotis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgos Xenos, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the match, Themistoklis Eleftherakis notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Kavaloúri's Alekos Metzelopoulos. Alekos Metzelopoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pantelis Tatsos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Krνkellon BC's Giorgos Stergiotis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavlos Maltezos in the 41st minute of play. Kavaloúri's Pantelis Tatsos got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Krνkellon BC's zone, Giorgos Xenos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giorgos Stergiotis came out of the goal and Giorgos Xenos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kavaloúri's supporters rose to their feet, but Giotis Barbetakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giorgos Stergiotis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Themistoklis Eleftherakis was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Pavlos Maltezos made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Krνkellon BC's Giorgos Stergiotis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Giorgos Stergiotis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pavlos Maltezos's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Pavlos Maltezos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Giorgos Stergiotis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pavlos Maltezos came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Kavaloúri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavlos Maltezos couldn't finish the play. Eugenios Diamantopoulos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giorgos Stergiotis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Eutichios Panteliadis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Alekos Metzelopoulos made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pavlos Maltezos in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giorgos Stergiotis saved Krνkellon BC from getting behind. Themistoklis Eleftherakis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alekos Metzelopoulos came out and tried to block the shot, but Themistoklis Eleftherakis slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 73rd minute. Giorgos Xenos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Giorgos Xenos might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Giorgos Stergiotis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giorgos Xenos ran back to his position shaking his head. Giorgos Stergiotis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavlos Maltezos in the 83rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kavaloúri's Eugenios Diamantopoulos got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 87 played minutes, Krνkellon BC's Aimilios Voulgarelis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alekos Metzelopoulos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Krνkellon BC reached it. Alexis Kiassos succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-6. If Pantelis Tatsos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Although Kavaloúri had been in control for most of the match, Krνkellon BC still came away with the win.
