Kavaloúri's Alekos Metzelopoulos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Giotis Barbetakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rosνlovon's zone, Pantelis Tatsos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kostas Sapounas came out of the goal and Pantelis Tatsos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kostas Sapounas was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Pavlos Maltezos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pavlos Maltezos really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Pavlos Maltezos in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kostas Sapounas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Giotis Barbetakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kostas Sapounas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. If Pantelis Tatsos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
