ΤΡΙΦΥΛΛΑΡΑ's Dimitris Ntovas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiros Kagiadakis in the 4th minute of play. When Stelios Krassas fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΤΡΙΦΥΛΛΑΡΑ's protests and gave Stelios Krassas a yellow card for diving instead. Konstantinos Nianios charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Konstantinos Nianios the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Konstantinos Nianios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aggelos Vakouftsis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlassis Babasidis having to interfere. After 11 played minutes Petros Kalaintzidis rounded ΤΡΙΦΥΛΛΑΡΑ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. 14 minutes into the game, Dimitris Kontopoulos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ΤΡΙΦΥΛΛΑΡΑ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EVOSMOS FC the free kick. In the 14th match minute, ΤΡΙΦΥΛΛΑΡΑ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitris Kontopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Petros Kalaintzidis in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. With his leg Dimitris Ntovas managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when EVOSMOS FC's Petros Kalaintzidis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Anastasios Sifakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dimitris Ntovas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Dimitris Ntovas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petros Kalaintzidis's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Aggelos Vakouftsis made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Petros Kalaintzidis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dimitris Ntovas. ΤΡΙΦΥΛΛΑΡΑ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Petros Kalaintzidis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. EVOSMOS FC's Petros Kalaintzidis got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Petros Kalaintzidis sped through ΤΡΙΦΥΛΛΑΡΑ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dimitris Ntovas. In the 62nd match minute, EVOSMOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petros Kalaintzidis to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petros Kalaintzidis in the 64th minute of play forced ΤΡΙΦΥΛΛΑΡΑ's goalkeeper Dimitris Ntovas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petros Kalaintzidis in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dimitris Ntovas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Eric Cantona fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EVOSMOS FC's protests and gave Eric Cantona a yellow card for diving instead. Eric Cantona kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. ΤΡΙΦΥΛΛΑΡΑ's Dimitris Ntovas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petros Kalaintzidis in the 83rd minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Thanasis Papafotoulis managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Thanasis Papafotoulis hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Dimitris Ntovas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasios Sifakis in the 89th minute of play. When EVOSMOS FC's Petros Kalaintzidis in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
