Renos Tatsidis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vaggelis Tsioridis went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Nikolas Ligdas fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pappadαtai's protests and gave Nikolas Ligdas a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Vaggelis Tsioridis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renos Tatsidis was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 17thth minute of the game Vaggelis Tsioridis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaïdeftó FC's Renos Tatsidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Vaggelis Zacharoulis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanos Kavvadias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Wim Van den Driesch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Nikolas Ligdas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Chaïdeftó FC's zone, Nikolas Ligdas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renos Tatsidis came out of the goal and Nikolas Ligdas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Vaggelis Tsioridis sped through Chaïdeftó FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Renos Tatsidis. The Chaïdeftó FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pappadαtai were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vaggelis Tsioridis made a kick off. After 58 played minutes Chaïdeftó FC got a freekick which was hit by Takis Stravogiannos. 69 minutes into the game, Alexis Tzolis threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pappadαtai's Nikolas Ligdas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Pappadαtai's Vaggelis Tsioridis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 70th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Vaggelis Tsioridis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Renos Tatsidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Argyris Nioplias fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chaïdeftó FC's protests and gave Argyris Nioplias a yellow card for diving instead. If Vaggelis Tsioridis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. Pappadαtai's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
