Panagiotis Lemonis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apostolos Masouras having to interfere. Vladimiros Kontodimos might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Akis Kontis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vladimiros Kontodimos ran back to his position shaking his head. Akis Kontis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenios Karpouzis in the 42nd minute of the match. The wind increased when Eugenios Karpouzis made the kick off in the second half. Ignatios Bouzoukis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Eugenios Karpouzis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Akis Kontis was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenios Karpouzis in the 80th minute of play forced OFA FC's goalkeeper Akis Kontis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 played minutes OFA FC got a freekick which was hit by Zacharias Tsiantakis. The OFA FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
