One of Eretlí Mahalé FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Amfithιa FC:s goal. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Amfithιa FC. Akakios Trobetas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aimilios Vogas. 0-1. Alkaios Charalambidis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Giannis Kakaronis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Eretlí Mahalé FC's Ilias Svotzidis suffered a concussion in the 10th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Christoforos Panakakis charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christoforos Panakakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Amfithιa FC's Christoforos Panakakis got a free kick in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Amfithιa FC's goalkeeper Giannis Kakaronis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alkaios Charalambidis. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petros Papageorgiou during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Petros Papageorgiou hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Charis Grigoroulis struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Aimilios Vogas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amfithιa FC. Ignatios Vrachos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aimilios Vogas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charis Grigoroulis in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Amfithιa FC's Charis Grigoroulis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aimilios Vogas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Charis Grigoroulis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aimilios Vogas. Eretlí Mahalé FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Charis Grigoroulis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Giannis Kakaronis was a little too slow when Petros Papageorgiou got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 1-2. Alkaios Charalambidis kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ignatios Vrachos to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Eretlí Mahalé FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Akakios Trobetas was slow to take the kick. During this time Amfithιa FC's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Amfithιa FC booed when Eretlí Mahalé FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loukianos Konstantinou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amfithιa FC's Ignatios Vrachos got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 64 played minutes Eretlí Mahalé FC got a freekick which was hit by Vassilis Ploumoudis. 74 minutes into the game, Vassilis Ploumoudis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eretlí Mahalé FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amfithιa FC the free kick. In the 77th match minute, Eretlí Mahalé FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loukianos Konstantinou to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Amfithιa FC's Akakios Trobetas tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Loukianos Konstantinou kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After 82 minutes of play, Amfithιa FC's Charis Grigoroulis made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aimilios Vogas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alketas Kamateros kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eretlí Mahalé FC's goalkeeper Aimilios Vogas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Charis Grigoroulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aimilios Vogas having to interfere. Amfithιa FC played a much better game than Eretlí Mahalé FC and deserved their victory. The Eretlí Mahalé FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
