Spectators: 7620 (Terracing: 5716, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kleon Mersinias started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Gαsi's Loukas Brilakis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimiros Papanastasiou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Vladimiros Papanastasiou managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Gαsi's Paschalis Bourekas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When ΑΟ ΘΗΒΑ's Kleon Mersinias in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gαsi's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kleon Mersinias in the 17th minute of play forced Gαsi's goalkeeper Valerios Papadimidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ΑΟ ΘΗΒΑ's Kleanthis Chatzigeorgiou got a free kick in the 25th minute. Paschalis Bourekas came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vladimiros Papanastasiou could save by the left post. Kleanthis Chatzigeorgiou kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Valerios Papadimidis came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by ΑΟ ΘΗΒΑ's Kleon Mersinias. But to his dismay, Kleon Mersinias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gαsi's Paschalis Bourekas got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paschalis Bourekas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 38th playminute. Valerios Papadimidis came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by ΑΟ ΘΗΒΑ's Kleon Mersinias. But to his dismay, Kleon Mersinias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Loukas Brilakis made the kick off in the second half. 1-3 became the score in the 51st minute when Kleon Mersinias elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kleon Mersinias in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valerios Papadimidis saved Gαsi from getting behind. The referee gave Gαsi a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Themistoklis Peropoulos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ΑΟ ΘΗΒΑ's Vladimiros Papanastasiou. 3-3. Alketas Giannakopoulos's late challenge caught a ΑΟ ΘΗΒΑ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alketas Giannakopoulos helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Gαsi got a freekick which was hit by Alketas Giannakopoulos. Valerios Papadimidis was a little too slow when Kleon Mersinias got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 3-4. Theagenis Proedropoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Valerios Papadimidis made a huge save. Kleanthis Chatzigeorgiou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Valerios Papadimidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kleon Mersinias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valerios Papadimidis having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in ΑΟ ΘΗΒΑ's zone, Loukas Brilakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimiros Papanastasiou came out of the goal and Loukas Brilakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ΑΟ ΘΗΒΑ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
