Marios Koronios was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 63 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Silver Ronins:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of KARDISTAN FC:s goal. Theagenis Megalios walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Omiros Pantelatos's late challenge caught a KARDISTAN FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omiros Pantelatos helped the player get up and apologised. Ilias Panopoulos hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. KARDISTAN FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Silver Ronins the free kick.
