Anastasios Sfentonas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniil Georgakopoulos was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sotiris Moschogiannis. In the 16th minute, Kostas Vertsonis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ermis Vrachnos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Solecki in the 22nd minute of play forced Lárisa BC's goalkeeper Thymios Kazanas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermis Vrachnos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Daniil Georgakopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thymios Kazanas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Solecki in the 26th minute of play. Anemoyiannatika's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ermis Vrachnos 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Wiktor Solecki hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. If Michalis Spanopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 minutes, Babbis Tzekos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lárisa BC and the Anemoyiannatika players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th minute, Babbis Tzekos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Wiktor Solecki sped through Lárisa BC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thymios Kazanas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ntinos Podaras got free with Daniil Georgakopoulos in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tilemachos Kalogerakos in the 47th minute of play forced Lárisa BC's goalkeeper Thymios Kazanas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ermis Vrachnos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wiktor Solecki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thymios Kazanas having to interfere. When Anastasios Sfentonas came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Anemoyiannatika fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anastasios Sfentonas couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Lárisa BC's zone, Michalis Spanopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thymios Kazanas came out of the goal and Michalis Spanopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lárisa BC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Wiktor Solecki 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Ntinos Podaras's late challenge caught a Anemoyiannatika's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ntinos Podaras helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Anemoyiannatika booed when Lárisa BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ntinos Podaras didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Ntinos Podaras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lárisa BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ntinos Podaras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniil Georgakopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniil Georgakopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ntinos Podaras in the 78th minute of play. Anastasios Sfentonas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Babbis Tzekos kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Lárisa BC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Michalis Spanopoulos scored to the left of an out of position Thymios Kazanas, making the score, 1-4. After 86 minutes of play Lárisa BC's Babbis Tzekos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ntinos Podaras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Daniil Georgakopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniil Georgakopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ntinos Podaras, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the match was over Anemoyiannatika could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lárisa BC throughout the match.
