The supporters of Pipilνsta FC booed when Anemoyiannatika was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaggelos Sanidomenos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anastasios Sfentonas struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Efthimis Georgeas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anemoyiannatika. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christos Koufopoulos made a kick off. If Nasos Sarafidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, Anemoyiannatika was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marinos Kolofotias to maneuver through the defense. Nasos Sarafidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. With an all-out effort, Anemoyiannatika's Efthimis Georgeas threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marinos Kolofotias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 85th minute, Pipilνsta FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wiktor Solecki fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Pipilνsta FC's zone, Evaggelos Sanidomenos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efthimis Georgeas came out of the goal and Evaggelos Sanidomenos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Efthimis Georgeas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiktor Solecki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Wiktor Solecki came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Anemoyiannatika fans jumped to their feet. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Odysseas Sitaropoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anemoyiannatika's supporters rose to their feet, but Odysseas Sitaropoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efthimis Georgeas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Efthimis Georgeas made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Anastasios Sfentonas sent off a good shot on target. Despite being the better team, Anemoyiannatika failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
