The HELLAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chrisostomos Kastanakos should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in HELLAS's zone, Cirilo Cresencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chrisostomos Kastanakos came out of the goal and Cirilo Cresencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, Panagiotis Katsapopoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Drámesi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Cirilo Cresencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Drámesi booed when HELLAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentinos Kouvas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Drámesi fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! If Babbis Aggelakoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, Valerios Kouromichelakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The wind increased when Cirilo Cresencio made the kick off in the second half. After 89 played minutes HELLAS got a freekick which was hit by Babbis Morikis. Thomas Eleftheropoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Chrisostomos Kastanakos made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Thomas Eleftheropoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
