After having played for 5 minutes, Babbis Charakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doοranlν's supporters crossed their fingers, but Babbis Charakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eustratios Mavrogenidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paraskevas Moschonas in the 6th minute of the match. Thomas Georgas made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Ignatios Garpozis sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Doοranlν's Thomas Georgas got control of the ball when Ignatios Garpozis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thomas Georgas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fondas Kostarakis in the 15th minute of the match. Fondas Kostarakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Georgas having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Doοranlν got a freekick which was hit by Pavlos Ochtaras. If Fondas Kostarakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Khαrkia FC's zone, Paraskevas Moschonas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustratios Mavrogenidis came out of the goal and Paraskevas Moschonas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustratios Mavrogenidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paraskevas Moschonas in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Khαrkia FC's goalkeeper Eustratios Mavrogenidis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th match minute, Doοranlν was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charis Plexidas to maneuver through the defense. Fondas Kostarakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paraskevas Moschonas was the one to do the kick off. Doοranlν's Thomas Georgas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fondas Kostarakis in the 56th minute of play. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Fondas Kostarakis sped through Doοranlν's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thomas Georgas. In the 62nd minute, Aggelos Katsavos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ignatios Garpozis hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fondas Kostarakis in the 70th minute of play forced Doοranlν's goalkeeper Thomas Georgas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Ignatios Garpozis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Georgas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Doοranlν was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavlos Ochtaras to maneuver through the defense. Menelaos Vainderlis's late challenge caught a Khαrkia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Menelaos Vainderlis helped the player get up and apologised. After 87 played minutes Doοranlν got a freekick which was hit by Menelaos Vainderlis. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Babbis Charakis took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Eustratios Mavrogenidis to make any attempt to save it. Ignatios Garpozis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Thomas Georgas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
