Akis Kromlidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rdth minute of the game Kosmas Karamichalos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soumesion BC's Sokratis Spetsarias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sokratis Spetsarias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kosmas Karamichalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sokratis Spetsarias prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Soumesion BC's Sokratis Spetsarias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kosmas Karamichalos in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kosmas Karamichalos in the 67th minute of play forced Soumesion BC's goalkeeper Sokratis Spetsarias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in dodoni eagles's zone, Thalis Katsimichas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Akis Kromlidis came out of the goal and Thalis Katsimichas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 71 played minutes dodoni eagles got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Gianniotis. Kostas Gaitanakos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Akis Kromlidis made a huge save. Sokratis Spetsarias came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by dodoni eagles's Kosmas Karamichalos. But to his dismay, Kosmas Karamichalos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Sokratis Spetsarias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kosmas Karamichalos in the 82nd minute of play. Sokratis Spetsarias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kosmas Karamichalos went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Sokratis Spetsarias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kosmas Karamichalos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sokratis Spetsarias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kosmas Karamichalos in the 93rd minute of the match. Kosmas Karamichalos took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sokratis Spetsarias. Sokratis Spetsarias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0.
