Spectators: 7578 (Terracing: 5684, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Diogenis Giotakoglou got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Agrνdhion's goal looked a bit too open when Diogenis Giotakoglou came free, but Nektarios Karouzos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 4 played minutes Paliourgiα FC got a freekick which was hit by Manos Leotsakos. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kostas Mitrakoglou in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thodoris Stasinopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Kostas Mitrakoglou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thodoris Stasinopoulos was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kostas Mitrakoglou in the 7th minute of play forced Paliourgiα FC's goalkeeper Thodoris Stasinopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nektarios Karouzos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diogenis Giotakoglou went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Nektarios Karouzos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogenis Giotakoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Agrνdhion's zone, Diogenis Giotakoglou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nektarios Karouzos came out of the goal and Diogenis Giotakoglou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nektarios Karouzos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christos Antoniou in the 30th minute of play. Giannis Nikolakakos hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Paliourgiα FC's Thodoris Stasinopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petros Pouliadis in the 33rd minute of play. Thodoris Stasinopoulos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konstantinos Papaiakovou in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute, Paliourgiα FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Konstantinos Papaiakovou fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Kostas Mitrakoglou took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Thodoris Stasinopoulos to make any attempt to save it. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kostas Mitrakoglou to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Diogenis Giotakoglou dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nektarios Karouzos, 2-3. 57 minutes into the match, Agrνdhion's goal looked a bit too open when Diogenis Giotakoglou came free, but Nektarios Karouzos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Agrνdhion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thymios Pantoflidis to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Kostas Mitrakoglou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Agrνdhion fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Kosmas Prokopiou's late challenge caught a Agrνdhion's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kosmas Prokopiou helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, Paliourgiα FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kosmas Prokopiou to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Marios Pachatouridis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konstantinos Papaiakovou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christos Antoniou scored 3-4 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nektarios Karouzos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kostas Mitrakoglou struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Thodoris Stasinopoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agrνdhion. When Paliourgiα FC's Diogenis Giotakoglou in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Agrνdhion's goalie prevented a goal. Diogenis Giotakoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Diogenis Giotakoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christos Antoniou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nektarios Karouzos having to interfere. The Paliourgiα FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
