The Dasochσrion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kleon Valassiou should have stopped the shot. Kleon Valassiou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marios Pachatouridis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sotos Iliadis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Thodoris Stasinopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Vassilis Paltopoulos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The supporters of Paliourgiα FC booed when Dasochσrion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Babbis Trachanas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thodoris Stasinopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandros Lagidis in the 70th minute of the match. When Dasochσrion's Kostas Tatsis in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet as Prodromos Skopelitis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kleon Valassiou. That made the score 1-3 in the 86 minute of play. In the 90th minute of the match Fanis Korais sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thodoris Stasinopoulos skillfully saved the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Diogenis Giotakoglou notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Dasochσrion's Kleon Valassiou. Kleon Valassiou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Paliourgiα FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
