A wasted opportunity for Agios Ioanis Gigenon. Dimitris Sapanis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Takis Kalomerias in the 19th minute of the match. Agios Ioanis Gigenon's Dimitris Sapanis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lazaros Kalimeris in the 22nd minute of play. In the last second Christodoulos Terzakis throw himself and got hold of the ball when Miltos Ntavelis in the 24thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Panos Kefalogiannis kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Christodoulos Terzakis came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Agios Ioanis Gigenon's Miltos Ntavelis. But to his dismay, Miltos Ntavelis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 34 minutes into the match, Agios Ioanis Gigenon's goal looked a bit too open when Takis Kalomerias came free, but Dimitris Sapanis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazaros Kalimeris in the 44th minute of play forced Agios Ioanis Gigenon's goalkeeper Dimitris Sapanis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Agios Ioanis Gigenon's Miltos Ntavelis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lazaros Kalimeris was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Dragamιston FC's Tilemachos Karoulias got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Miltos Ntavelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christodoulos Terzakis having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Prokopis Mavrogenidis made a precise shot to the right of Christodoulos Terzakis. Dragamιston FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 70th minute, Miltos Ntavelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Theofanis Koutsos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christodoulos Terzakis having to interfere. Tilemachos Karoulias kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Takis Kalomerias got free with Dimitris Sapanis in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Panos Kefalogiannis during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Dragamιston FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panos Kefalogiannis to maneuver through the defense. When Lazaros Kalimeris came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Dragamιston FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lazaros Kalimeris couldn't finish the play. Simos Dermitzakis hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Agios Ioanis Gigenon had won after a very even match.
