One of ƹӝʒ Cavo Paradiso ƹӝʒ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Galarinσs:s goal. In the 17th minute Theofilos Giannatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kleanthis Nioblias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Themistoklis Tsivilikas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kleanthis Nioblias having to interfere. If Themistoklis Tsivilikas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 played minutes Galarinσs got a freekick which was hit by Veniamin Kalevras. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Themistoklis Tsivilikas managed to get in a good position for a shot. ƹӝʒ Cavo Paradiso ƹӝʒ's supporters rose to their feet, but Themistoklis Tsivilikas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kleanthis Nioblias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Themistoklis Tsivilikas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Kleanthis Nioblias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Themistoklis Tsivilikas got free with Kleanthis Nioblias in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kleanthis Nioblias came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by ƹӝʒ Cavo Paradiso ƹӝʒ's Themistoklis Tsivilikas. But to his dismay, Themistoklis Tsivilikas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After having played for 46 minutes, Themistoklis Tsivilikas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ƹӝʒ Cavo Paradiso ƹӝʒ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Themistoklis Tsivilikas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Galarinσs's Kleanthis Nioblias got control of the ball when Themistoklis Tsivilikas tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Kleanthis Nioblias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Themistoklis Tsivilikas, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 68th match minute, ƹӝʒ Cavo Paradiso ƹӝʒ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miltiadis Vougiouklis to maneuver through the defense. Kleanthis Nioblias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themistoklis Tsivilikas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Themistoklis Tsivilikas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. With a left leg Kleanthis Nioblias saved Galarinσs from getting behind. ƹӝʒ Cavo Paradiso ƹӝʒ's Miltiadis Vougiouklis got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 87 minutes, Miltiadis Vougiouklis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ƹӝʒ Cavo Paradiso ƹӝʒ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miltiadis Vougiouklis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Themistoklis Tsivilikas came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the ƹӝʒ Cavo Paradiso ƹӝʒ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Themistoklis Tsivilikas couldn't finish the play.
