Asier Guasch might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pantelis Vasiliou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Asier Guasch ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th minute, Rik Arnolds fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pantelis Vasiliou, passed just outside the right post. Asier Guasch struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Pantelis Vasiliou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kokkinokhσrion BC. Rik Arnolds sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Vaggelis Traboukidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kokkinokhσrion BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vaggelis Traboukidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pantelis Vasiliou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ilias Mitrakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Pantelis Vasiliou made a huge save. Nektarios Karageorgopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Vaggelis Traboukidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pantelis Vasiliou having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Kokkinokhσrion BC's Vaggelis Traboukidis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pantelis Vasiliou. That made the score 1-0 after 33 minutes of play. Rik Arnolds sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ilias Mitrakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pantelis Vasiliou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Αργοναυτες Α.Ο.'s Theagenis Kazantzatos got a free kick in the 41st minute. Ilias Mitrakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Αργοναυτες Α.Ο.'s Pantelis Vasiliou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Αργοναυτες Α.Ο. from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Gerasimos Samartzis made the kick off in the second half. If Vaggelis Traboukidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pantelis Vasiliou came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Kokkinokhσrion BC's Rik Arnolds. But to his dismay, Rik Arnolds quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Asier Guasch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilias Mitrakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Pantelis Vasiliou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petros Fetfatzidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pantelis Vasiliou having to interfere. If Rik Arnolds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kokkinokhσrion BC's Asier Guasch got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pantelis Vasiliou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Asier Guasch went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Vaggelis Traboukidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kokkinokhσrion BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vaggelis Traboukidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. A beautiful save bye Αργοναυτες Α.Ο.'s goalie prevented a goal. Vaggelis Traboukidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pantelis Vasiliou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kokkinokhσrion BC had played much better football throughout.
