Aggelos Moraitidis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Giannis Giotis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Aggelos Moraitidis made the kick off in the second half. After taking down the ball on Armoliakos OSFP's corner Savas Kouloucheris fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fanis Charos quite easily take care of the ball. 98 minutes into the match, Armoliakos OSFP's goal looked a bit too open when Aggelos Moraitidis came free, but Giannis Giotis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Armoliakos OSFP eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
