Spectators: 7492 (Terracing: 5620, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Timos Markos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 5 minutes, Timos Markos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pokνsta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timos Markos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Giannis Kontodimos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pokνsta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Giannis Kontodimos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paraskevas Tarantakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giannis Kontodimos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute Giannis Kontodimos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paraskevas Tarantakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timos Markos in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paraskevas Tarantakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paraskevas Tarantakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giannis Kontodimos in the 21st minute of play. If Stelios Chatzidakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Panathinaikos F.C's goalkeeper Paraskevas Tarantakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Giannis Kontodimos took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paraskevas Tarantakis. Paraskevas Tarantakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Prodromos Papadogiannakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stamatis Bikas in the 47th minute of the match. The Panathinaikos F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pokνsta FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stamatis Bikas to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Pokνsta FC's zone, Stelios Chatzidakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prodromos Papadogiannakis came out of the goal and Stelios Chatzidakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Stamatis Bikas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stelios Chatzidakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prodromos Papadogiannakis having to interfere. After 68 played minutes Panathinaikos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Iordanis Rapsomanikis. Pokνsta FC's Timos Markos got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Giannis Kontodimos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Paraskevas Tarantakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paraskevas Tarantakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timos Markos in the 75th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timos Markos in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paraskevas Tarantakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Prodromos Papadogiannakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stamatis Bikas, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tasos Varozis during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Pokνsta FC's Timos Markos in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panathinaikos F.C's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Timos Markos put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Paraskevas Tarantakis. Giannis Kontodimos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paraskevas Tarantakis having to interfere. Paraskevas Tarantakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timos Markos in the 94th minute of the match. Timos Markos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paraskevas Tarantakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Pokνsta FC played a much better game than Panathinaikos F.C and deserved their victory. The Panathinaikos F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
