Pipis Valassopoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pipis Valassopoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Omorfokklisiá BC booed when Vitoulades was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pipis Valassopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Vitoulades's Pipis Valassopoulos got a free kick in the 66th minute. After having played for 67 minutes, Dionysis Karathanasis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Omorfokklisiá BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionysis Karathanasis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vitoulades's Thanasis Klidis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Vitoulades from getting a goal against them. After 72 played minutes Vitoulades got a freekick which was hit by Thanos Tremis. 73 minutes into the match, Vitoulades's goal looked a bit too open when Kostas Thodis came free, but Thanasis Klidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Kostas Thodis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thanasis Klidis was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Kostas Thodis might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thanasis Klidis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Dionysis Karathanasis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Omorfokklisiá BC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
