A collision led to Korisía getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Soulis Vertsonis hit a great ball. After 5 played minutes, Kharavyν's Nektarios Koubouris shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Panos Tzanetakos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kharavyν reached it. Sotos Tatsidis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Demis Liapakis went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Korisía booed when Kharavyν was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitris Sardanis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Kyriakos Stavrakas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kharavyν's supporters rose to their feet, but Kyriakos Stavrakas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Panos Tzanetakos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Panos Tzanetakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyriakos Stavrakas in the 14th minute of the match. Kharavyν's Sotos Tatsidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themistoklis Zoras in the 19th minute of play. A hard shot 21 in the game by Demis Liapakis from a close distance when the talented Sotos Tatsidis managed to make a qualified save. Kharavyν's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyriakos Stavrakas in the 22nd minute of play forced Korisía's goalkeeper Panos Tzanetakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demis Liapakis struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Sotos Tatsidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korisía. Panos Tzanetakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Tsagarakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demis Liapakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Sotos Tatsidis made a huge save. Demis Liapakis struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Sotos Tatsidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korisía. If Kyriakos Stavrakas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dimitris Tsagarakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panos Tzanetakos having to interfere. Panos Lemonis hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. When Kharavyν's Kyriakos Stavrakas in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Themistoklis Zoras to make the kick off. Panos Tzanetakos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimitris Tsagarakis in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Korisía's Nikos Kakouris got a free kick in the 55th minute. Sotos Tatsidis came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Korisía's Themistoklis Zoras. But to his dismay, Themistoklis Zoras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Kyriakos Stavrakas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Dimitris Sardanis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dimitris Tsagarakis got free with Panos Tzanetakos in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 81st minute Themistoklis Zoras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sotos Tatsidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kharavyν were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Korisía's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nektarios Koubouris took the corner. The corner ended in Nektarios Koubouris almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Korisía's Panos Tzanetakos did a great save. The supporters of Kharavyν booed when Korisía was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panos Lemonis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Panos Tzanetakos was a little too slow when Dimitris Tsagarakis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 3-1. Kyriakos Stavrakas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panos Tzanetakos having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Korisía's Nikos Kakouris got a free kick in the 97th minute. If Kyriakos Stavrakas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Korisía were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kharavyν for a fine match.
