Stavros Koutetes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Menios Dellios made a huge save. When Fivos Pachopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Asteras Ampelokipon's protests and gave Fivos Pachopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, Asteras Ampelokipon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fivos Pachopoulos to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Asteras Ampelokipon's Nikos Rafailidis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Sandaili narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 23 minutes into the game, Nikos Rafailidis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anestis Mendrinos made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Nikos Rafailidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Asteras Ampelokipon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nikos Rafailidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Odysseas Kavouropoulos in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Sandaili prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Odysseas Kavouropoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Sandaili having to interfere. Stavros Koutetes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nikos Rafailidis kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 75thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Avgonyma's keeper Victor Sandaili was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 76th minute, Asteras Ampelokipon's Odysseas Kavouropoulos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Anestis Mendrinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Menios Dellios having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Avgonyma's goal looked a bit too open when Odysseas Kavouropoulos came free, but Victor Sandaili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikos Rafailidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Sandaili having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Asteras Ampelokipon's Victor Sandaili threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Odysseas Kavouropoulos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anestis Mendrinos in the 94th minute of play forced Asteras Ampelokipon's goalkeeper Menios Dellios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
