Gil Marques was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lazaros Akrivopoulos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. Dimitris Nestoroulis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Gil Marques when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 26th minute, Armin Apicella ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gil Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 30 minutes into the match, STORMFALL AGE OF WAR FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Apicella came free, but Gil Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Marques was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Armin Apicella showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 38 minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match, Armin Apicella tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gil Marques saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexis Skaboulis to make the kick off. Gil Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Nestoroulis in the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of A.O. BERBENON booed when STORMFALL AGE OF WAR FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikos Zografidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 minutes, Panos Tobras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the STORMFALL AGE OF WAR FC and the A.O. BERBENON players grew even worse after the yellow card.
