Vali Diaconescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute, Markos Kortes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the PARADIMI FC defense, Errikos Neophytou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Trifon Mamidakis. The PARADIMI FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Trifon Mamidakis should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Akakíai's Vali Diaconescu got a free kick in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Stavros Pirovolikos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Kostas Vrinas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kostas Vrinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giotis Papoutsatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute, Giotis Papoutsatos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PARADIMI FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After 25 played minutes PARADIMI FC got a freekick which was hit by Markos Kortes. When Nikiforos Venieris came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Akakíai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nikiforos Venieris couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vali Diaconescu got free with Trifon Mamidakis in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stavros Pirovolikos in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kostas Vrinas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the match, Akakíai's goal looked a bit too open when Stavros Pirovolikos came free, but Kostas Vrinas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Errikos Neophytou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Akakíai's supporters rose to their feet, but Errikos Neophytou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trifon Mamidakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Markos Kortes hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Errikos Neophytou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trifon Mamidakis having to interfere. Trifon Mamidakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Errikos Neophytou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Akakíai players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. PARADIMI FC were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stavros Pirovolikos to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Vali Diaconescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trifon Mamidakis. PARADIMI FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vali Diaconescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stavros Pirovolikos in the 60th minute of play forced Akakíai's goalkeeper Kostas Vrinas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vassilis Semeloglou was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. Kostas Vrinas made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Giotis Papoutsatos sent off a good shot on target. When Stavros Pirovolikos came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the PARADIMI FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stavros Pirovolikos couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as PARADIMI FC's Stavros Pirovolikos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kostas Vrinas. That made the score 2-4 after 72 minutes of play. Veniamin Alexakoglou made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Akakíai's Giorgos Papadimakos. Trifon Mamidakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Diaconescu in the 79th minute of play. Trifon Mamidakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vali Diaconescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. PARADIMI FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
