Spectators: 7259 (Terracing: 5659, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Nikos Giotakis made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikos Giotakis in the 5th minute of play forced Hagios Georgios's goalkeeper Pipis Vryzas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nikos Giotakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ilias Ikonomou took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pipis Vryzas. Pipis Vryzas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Nikos Giotakis came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Kouvarα BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nikos Giotakis couldn't finish the play. Pipis Vryzas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Giotakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Hagios Georgios's goal looked a bit too open when Nikos Giotakis came free, but Pipis Vryzas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michalis Panagiotopoulos hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Kouvarα BC's Charis Kopelis tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nikos Giotakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pipis Vryzas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. After 35 played minutes Hagios Georgios got a freekick which was hit by Vassilis Papageorgiou. Ilias Ikonomou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Pipis Vryzas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38th play minutes Nikos Giotakis shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Pipis Vryzas and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 41st minute Ilias Ikonomou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pipis Vryzas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thanasis Meletiadis made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Hagios Georgios's goalkeeper Pipis Vryzas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ilias Ikonomou. In the 58th minute, Kouvarα BC's Nikos Giotakis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. 61 minutes into the match, Nikos Giotakis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pipis Vryzas, 0-4. Ilias Ikonomou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pipis Vryzas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ilias Ikonomou in the 70th minute. In the 73rd match minute, Hagios Georgios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michalis Panagiotopoulos to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Kouvarα BC's Charis Kopelis shot a high long ball. Hagios Georgios's goalkeeper was lucky when the ball hit the right post and out. Kouvarα BC's Nikos Giotakis got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Markos Nastos kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Dimitris Vouzatos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kouvarα BC's goalkeeper Isidoros Karouzos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nikos Giotakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pipis Vryzas having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Michalis Panagiotopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ilias Ikonomou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97thth minute of the game Nikos Giotakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hagios Georgios's Pipis Vryzas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kouvarα BC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
