Spectators: 7264 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Kyriakos Roubakis hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the match, Grammatikoϊ's goal looked a bit too open when Thanasis Meletiadis came free, but Soulis Sepsas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alkis Kontodimos kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Hagios Georgios's Markos Nastos tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pipis Vryzas came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Grammatikoϊ's Kyriakos Vidalis. But to his dismay, Kyriakos Vidalis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Vassilis Papageorgiou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pavlos Midas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Soulis Sepsas having to make a save. Thanasis Meletiadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soulis Sepsas having to interfere. Thanasis Meletiadis took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Soulis Sepsas. Soulis Sepsas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Kyriakos Vidalis struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Pipis Vryzas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grammatikoϊ. The supporters of Hagios Georgios booed when Grammatikoϊ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alkis Kontodimos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tolis Loukidis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pipis Vryzas. Hagios Georgios's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Hagios Georgios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michalis Panagiotopoulos to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 54th play minutes Thanasis Meletiadis shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Soulis Sepsas and just under the crossbar into goal. Alexis Nikolakopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Thodoris Dermitzakis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Pipis Vryzas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Soulis Sepsas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavlos Midas in the 77th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Thanasis Meletiadis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Soulis Sepsas was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Thodoris Dermitzakis in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pipis Vryzas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thanasis Meletiadis in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Soulis Sepsas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Kyriakos Vidalis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grammatikoϊ's supporters rose to their feet, but Kyriakos Vidalis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pipis Vryzas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th match minute, Hagios Georgios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konstantinos Megalios to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute of the match Chrisostomos Kefalas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pipis Vryzas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanasis Meletiadis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Soulis Sepsas having to make a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Grammatikoϊ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hagios Georgios.
