Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Charalambos Pavlakos got the match started through his kick off. 11 minutes into the game, paokara's Telis Kamaras nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nikiforos Thamnidis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 16th minute Panos Pappas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikiforos Thamnidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes, paokara's Manolis Manias shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nikiforos Thamnidis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in paokara reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nikos Kortselis got free with Stergios Katogas in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Charalambos Pavlakos came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the paokara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charalambos Pavlakos couldn't finish the play. Nikiforos Thamnidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iosif Chomatas, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Panos Pappas scored 0-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nikiforos Thamnidis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 34 minutes, Iosif Chomatas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. paokara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iosif Chomatas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charalambos Pavlakos in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nikiforos Thamnidis saved Dhrimon from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Dhrimon's Panagiotis Meraklis got a free kick in the 36th minute. paokara's Charalambos Pavlakos got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nikiforos Thamnidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Telis Kamaras in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Pantelis Portokaloglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stergios Katogas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Telis Kamaras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Dhrimon players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. paokara were winning 0-3.

In the 53rd minute, Pantelis Portokaloglou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 54th match minute, paokara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telis Kamaras to maneuver through the defense. The score was now 0-5. 95 minutes into the game, Charalambos Pavlakos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nikiforos Thamnidis. Charalambos Pavlakos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. When the match was over paokara could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dhrimon throughout the match.
