Konstantinos Liolidis started the match with the kick off. Pantelis Portokaloglou's late challenge caught a COOPER FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pantelis Portokaloglou helped the player get up and apologised. Pantelis Portokaloglou hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Nikiforos Thamnidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lakis Zervas in the 6th minute of play. Lakis Zervas struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Nikiforos Thamnidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for COOPER FC. Nikiforos Thamnidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinos Liolidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 15th minute, Alkinoos Labrineas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dhrimon's Nikiforos Thamnidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantinos Liolidis in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstantinos Liolidis in the 20th minute of play forced Dhrimon's goalkeeper Nikiforos Thamnidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Dhrimon getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Nikos Kortselis hit a great ball. Nikiforos Thamnidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinos Liolidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Nikiforos Thamnidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktoras Prasomouris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Vaggelis Markakoglou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nikiforos Thamnidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Vaggelis Markakoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nikiforos Thamnidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktoras Prasomouris in the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Lakis Zervas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Nikiforos Thamnidis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Konstantinos Liolidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Nikiforos Thamnidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pantelis Portokaloglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Kritikos having to interfere. After the first half COOPER FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pantelis Portokaloglou to make the kick off. The supporters of Dhrimon booed when COOPER FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panos Braoudakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nikiforos Thamnidis didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when COOPER FC's Konstantinos Liolidis shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Nikiforos Thamnidis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konstantinos Liolidis in the 59th minute. After 63 played minutes Lakis Zervas rounded Dhrimon's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Lakis Zervas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. With a little luck, Dhrimon's Nikiforos Thamnidis got control of the ball when Konstantinos Liolidis tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Dhrimon getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Panagiotis Meraklis hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the game, Vaggelis Markakoglou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Nikiforos Thamnidis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lakis Zervas struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Nikiforos Thamnidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for COOPER FC. COOPER FC played a much better game than Dhrimon and deserved their victory. The Dhrimon players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
