Telis Karoubalis hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Apostolikas Gouziotis made a precise shot to the right of Charalambos Vouzas. Mιgara FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 28th minute, Apostolikas Gouziotis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charalambos Vouzas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Fivos Kechagiadakis came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Skafi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fivos Kechagiadakis couldn't finish the play. Fivos Kechagiadakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Skafi were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Apostolikas Gouziotis made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Mιgara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Pomonis came free, but Charalambos Vouzas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Skafi booed when Mιgara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Takis Provatas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charalambos Vouzas made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Fivos Kechagiadakis sent off a good shot on target. Takis Provatas hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 73 minutes of play, Skafi's Fivos Kechagiadakis made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charalambos Vouzas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 79 minutes, Telis Karoubalis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skafi and the Mιgara FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Skafi getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Telis Karoubalis hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Theocharis Aslanidis in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Argyris Katsapopoulos saved Skafi from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgos Antonakis in the 83rd minute of play forced Skafi's goalkeeper Argyris Katsapopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apostolikas Gouziotis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Manolis Korellas fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mιgara FC's protests and gave Manolis Korellas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Skafi booed when Mιgara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manolis Korellas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apostolikas Gouziotis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fivos Kechagiadakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Apostolikas Gouziotis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charalambos Vouzas having to interfere. Fivos Kechagiadakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Charalambos Vouzas made a huge save.
